THE Wellness Toolkit

Have you or a family member ever had a health crisis? Our family faced chronic disease / autoimmune illness with both of our teenage daughters. With the help of an amazing functional medicine doctor and her team, we discovered it is possible to not only reverse autoimmune disease, but prevent it from even setting in. The basics include understanding the root cause of the disease, and then addressing it with the help of a wellness toolkit.

Customized labs help you look past the symptoms and find the “root cause”. Knowing what you are treating makes all the difference. Obviously eating less processed foods, addressing vitamin/mineral deficiencies, and moving your body are all pieces of the healing puzzle.
